How to reach us
For anything to do with the site, write to info@arackosesi.com. Messages are read, and reports of a wrong or broken result are dealt with first.
Reporting a problem
If a converter is not giving you the result you expect, note these four things before writing: which tool, which file type and roughly what size, which browser, and the error message shown on screen. Those four lines are usually enough to reproduce the problem.
Do not send your file. Its contents are not needed and never reach a server in any case; describing the problem is enough.
Requesting a new tool
If the conversion you need is not on the list, write in. The test is simple: if it can be done in the browser without an external library, it can be built. Image formats, text and table conversions are all within that scope; video and audio conversion, decoding HEIC, or extracting images from a PDF do not fit this site's rules with what browsers can do today.
Data protection requests and legal notices
Requests about personal data go through the same address. Bear in mind that the site has no sign-in, no membership and no forms, so there is no record here identifying you; the privacy page sets out the detail.
